BHRTSOFT Technology Solution Private Limited provides software development services including websites, web applications, mobile apps, ERP solutions, e-commerce platforms, and related IT services. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Projects typically require a 50% advance payment before work commences.
• Remaining payments are due upon project milestones as agreed.
• Prices on the website are indicative and final quotes are provided after requirement analysis.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the custom deliverables created for their project. BHRTSOFT Technology Solution Private Limited retains rights to general code libraries, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project engagement. This obligation survives termination of the project.

6. Warranty & Support

We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty from the date of project delivery. Post-warranty support and maintenance are available under separate service agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

BHRTSOFT Technology Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to termination shall be invoiced and paid proportionally.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
